There are many new events in this version some of them are bounty,milestone,rap sheet and impound strike.

Impound Strike:

Every time you get busted by the police, an Impound strike will be recorded against the car you were driving.If you get arrested to many times in the same car, it will be impounded.You can increase the impound strike against a car, to a maximum of 5, using the add extra impound strike marker.Remember you can use get out of jail free to make the police ignore the situation.It will be like the pursuit never happened.

Rap Sheet:

The police is always tracking your progress in the rap sheet.You can access the rap sheet from the safe house.The rap sheet track all sorts of statistics and rankings for all the Blacklist rivals.

Roadblocks:

Roadblock have weaknesses, the best way to break through a roadblock is by smashing through a saw horse.Avoid hitting the police vehicles on the engine side because the added weight of the engine will prevent you from breaking through.Use the speed breaker  just before hitting the roadblock to increase your chances of escape.Watch for spike strips in later heat levels because they can end a pursuit easily.

Helicopter:

The Rock port police have a helicopter, when the helicopter is called to join a pursuit, it will monitor the action from above.At later heat levels, the helicopter will get more aggressive,swooping down and getting more involved in the pursuit.Look for long tunnels to hide from the helicopter because it has limited fuel. 

Hiding Spots:

Once the police lost visual contact, you will enter Cool down mode.In cool down, police will close-in on your last known position and start scanning the local area for you.The best way is to remain unnoticed by police when in cool down is to head straight for a hiding spot.Hiding spots will be visible on the map only when you are in a cool down mode.Once the meters fill up, you have successfully evaded from the police.
